Um DALI Geräte einfach ansteuern zu können, wurde der 7601A-H geschaffen. Das Interface ermöglicht die Steuerung von DALI- Teilnehmern duch ein einfaches Potentiometer oder eine genormte 1...10V (bzw. 0...+10V)Steuerspannung.

Die Ausgabe erfolgt im DALI BROADCAST Modus (alle angeschlossenen Geräte reagieren) oder als DALI GROUP Steuerung (alle Geräte der Gruppe 1 reagieren). Das Gerät kann intern auf Gruppe 2, oder Einzeladresse 1 oder 2 umkonfiguriert werden.

Der Ausgabemodus kann auf periodische Ausgabe oder auf Ausgabe nur bei Änderung des Eingangswertes umgestellt werden. Zur Anwendung in störbehafteter Umgebung ist zudem ein "SLOW" Modus zuschaltbar, der eine samtweiche Ausgabe auch bei einem "verrauschten" Eingangssteuersignal gewährleistet.

Der 7601A-H ist zum Anschluß an ein DALI BUS System vorgesehen und entspricht daher der üblichen DALI Topologie. Zum Betrieb das DALI Busses ist ggfs. eine DALI PSU erforderlich.

The 7601A-H has been created to provide a simple control solution for DALI ballasts. The interface accepts a standard voltage 1...10V (or 0...10V respectively) or a simple potentiometer as control input.

Output is in DALI BROADCAST mode (all connected ballasts react simultaneously) or in DALI GROUP mode (all participants or DALI group #1 react). The device can be reconfigured to control group #2 or adress #1 or address #2 alternatively.

The output conversion is performed constantly and periodically. If needed, the decoder can be set to single mode: the output will then only be written when the input signal changes. Noisy input signals can be smoothed using the optional "slow" mode. This ensures smooth intensity changes even with stepping input voltages.

The 7601A-H is intended to be used in a standard DALI bUS system and makes use of the standard bus topology. Thus you may need a DALI bus power supply to operate the DALI bus.
